Liquid Environmental Solutions Acquires Atlas Pumping Service

Acquisition adds tremendous talent and broader coverage to San Diego marketplace

IRVING, Texas, March 3, 2020 – Liquid Environmental Solutions announces that, effective today, the company has acquired the assets of Atlas Pumping, a leading provider of sewer, septic, grease trap and used cooking oil services in the San Diego area. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Atlas Pumping, based in Lakeside, CA, adds an extensive network of non-hazardous wastewater customers to the existing LES operation in the Southern California area. These customers own sewer systems, septic systems, grease traps, interceptors and used cooking oil containers that must be serviced regularly to prevent sewer spills and to protect the public wastewater collection system.

Brian Bidelspach, LES Vice President of Expansion Operations, commented: “We are thrilled to have Atlas join the LES family. With the acquisition of Atlas, LES now serves thousands of new customer locations, and offers an unparalleled range of wastewater support services in Southern California. Furthermore, we provide tremendous sustainability benefits to our new customers, as we will turn hundreds of thousands of gallons of their wastewater into renewables.”

Jerry Sheridan, LES Chief Executive Officer, also commented: “I’m very pleased to welcome the Atlas team and their loyal customers to LES. We look forward to both working closely with them to expand our national footprint and to their outstanding contributions to our business.”
