Tony Rosback is Chief Operating Officer of LES. He brings more than 39-years of operating experience in B2B and B2C distributed service businesses. Tony brings his knowledge and experience to drive LES operations. He has served on senior leadership teams in a variety of positions. Prior to joining LES, as Chief Operating Officer at AmeriGas, a leading supplier of propane services and SVP, Branch Operations Excellence at WillScot Mobile Mini, a mobile and modular space and storage solutions company.

Previously, Tony served as SVP/GM, West of The Brickman Group LTD., a commercial landscaping company. He served as Area President, Regional VP, VP of Operations Support and VP of Sales and Marketing at Republic Services, a leading provider of recycling and non-hazardous wastes services in the US. He started his career with Cintas, a provider of uniforms, first aid and safety and fire protection products and services. While at Cintas, Tony enjoyed increasing levels of responsibility, ultimately reaching the level of Assistant VP.

Tony received his degree in Business Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, OH.
