Liquid Environmental Solutions Acquires Ciro’s Sewer Cleaning

Acquisition adds tremendous talent and broader coverage to the State of Ohio

IRVING, Texas, March 11, 2021 – Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) announces that, effective today, the company acquired the assets of Ciro’s Sewer Cleaning (Ciro’s) – a leading provider of liquid waste management, sewer and drain cleaning, inspection and repair services throughout the State of Ohio. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Ciro’s, based in Eastlake, OH, adds an extensive network of non-hazardous wastewater customers to the existing LES operation in Ohio. These customers own septic systems that must be serviced regularly to prevent overflows, and to protect the public wastewater collection system.

Brian Bidelspach, Vice President of Expansion Operations for LES, commented: “We are thrilled to have Ciro’s join the LES family. With this acquisition, we strengthen our presence in Ohio, and now offer an unparalleled range of wastewater support services throughout the state. With four operating branches in Ohio, we are the clear market leader and our customers will benefit from our expanded service offering.”

Jerry Sheridan, Chief Executive Officer for LES, also commented: “I am pleased to welcome the Ciro’s team to LES. We look forward to working closely with them on strengthening our position in the Northeast, and on delivering the highest-level of customer service in Ohio.”
