Liquid Environmental Solutions Acquires A-1 Restaurant Services
Arizona acquisition adds 24th processing facility to support LES National Network of 54 branches.
DALLAS, TX and PHOENIX, AZ - Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) announced that effective today, the company has acquired the assets of privately held A-1 Restaurant Services, a leading provider of grease trap services and used cooking oil recycling in Arizona. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
A-1, based in Phoenix expands LES capacity to serve customer locations throughout Arizona with the addition of a large customer network and treatment facility dedicated to grease trap waste and Used Cooking Oil processing.

It expands our capacity to recover environmentally sustainable fats and oils from our customer’s waste streams and frees up needed capacity for non-hazardous industrial wastewaters accepted by our legacy LES West Phoenix Facility, such as oily wastewater, car wash waste and industrial process waters that we receive from markets throughout the Southwest.”
