Liquid Environmental Solutions Acquires A-1 Waste Management of Jacksonville, Florida

Acquisition adds talent to LES’ existing Jacksonville operations, and expands customer base in JAX, No. Florida & So. Georgia.

DALLAS, TX and Jacksonville, FL - Liquid Environmental Solutions announced that effective today, the company has acquired the business of privately held A-1 Waste Management, a leading provider of grease trap and municipal wastewater services in the greater Jacksonville region. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
